Funkies was founded with a bold vision: to redefine casual streetwear and youth apparel with premium heavyweight cotton, durable graphic printing, and contemporary boxy fits. Starting from our textile hub in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, we have grown into a dedicated manufacturing and wholesale apparel partner for leading streetwear labels, college communities, creators, and corporate brands across India.

We specialize in oversized boxy t-shirts, drop-shoulder hoodies, anime-inspired graphic merchandise, and bespoke cut-and-sew street fashion. Combining high-density screen printing, Direct-to-Garment (DTG), and puff printing with 100% super combed bio-washed cotton, Funkies ensures every piece delivers exceptional hand-feel, structured drape, and fade-resistant color longevity.

We use 100% combed cotton, poly-cotton blends, and engineered performance polyester fabrics. Customers can specify round neck, V neck, Henley neck, Chinese collar, and polo neck styles. Our design and technical teams collaborate with every customer from prototype review to bulk delivery, providing tailored fabric swatches, measurements, and color palettes.

Factory & Manufacturing Infrastructure

Our Tirupur manufacturing unit operates 500+ specialized sewing lines with an output capacity exceeding 350,000 garments per month. Outfitted with automatic M&R screen printing carousels, EPSON industrial DTG printers, and precision embroidery stations, our integrated facility handles complete knitting, dying, cutting, sewing, printing, and custom packaging under one roof.

Advanced Printing & Decoration Facility

Our apparel printing facilities rank among the most sophisticated in Tirupur. The production plant is equipped with multi-color automatic carousels, Direct-to-Garment (DTG) stations, DTF film transfer technology, all-over rotary printing, and computerized Japanese embroidery lines to execute complex graphics with vibrant, permanent clarity.
